I’ve tweaked gamebar through registry to delete it completely this gave me a marginal improvement. The 3 variables I’ve switched is amd vs Nvidia, better CPU and now I’m windows 11. My fps is great my latency in game is atrocious or at least what I gather from mouse feel. Now I shelled out 1600$ for a totally new PC. My viper 8k also was a noticeable upgrade like I mean I actually felt my mouse cursor responding to how I actually moved it in real time. With settings all low I could hit over 240fps but not stable above it the game felt great below it was trash. My system was 1070ti with a very CPU bottlenecked 2200g. What annoys me is I had a taste of how good it could be I feel like for a minute on my old PC it was dead on…this is after I bought my first 240hz monitor. I can’t narrow it down to latency or what because when I upgraded my PC I introduced too many variables.

I still feel like versus ow1 it’s like dragging my mouse through mud. Afaik overwatch 2 used this instead of raw input. I think my issues are directly related to Microsoft’s GameInput.
